Terms in plain language.
The 30% commission applies to eligible sales of The Vanishing Vesperglass referred through the unique link assigned to an approved partner. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fees, attribution, and payout timing are handled under Gumroad's current affiliate and payout rules. Gumroad splits its transaction fees proportionally between Vesperglass Mysteries and the affiliate, so the affiliate's net payout is the 30% share less its proportional part of Gumroad's fee.
Vesperglass Mysteries may approve, decline, suspend, or end a direct affiliate relationship when necessary, including for inaccurate, deceptive, unlawful, brand-impersonating, or spam-based promotion. If a sale is refunded, the related commission may be reversed.
