Spoiler-free invitation
Send this after the event is confirmed. It sets expectations without revealing the case or asking guests to prepare.
You’re invited to The Vanishing Vesperglass—a clean, collaborative museum mystery. We’ll work in four evidence teams with 12 people total, beginning at 3:00 PM and finishing around 4:15 PM. No acting, costumes, app, or player preparation. Please arrive five minutes early so the briefing can begin on time.
What the calculator assumes
Useful because its limits are explicit.
The planner is tailored to The Vanishing Vesperglass rather than pretending to schedule every possible group game. It permits only the supported 8–20 participant range and divides the room into the case’s four required evidence teams.
Its timings remain within the published 60–90 minute format. Print totals come from the actual gameplay ranges: 32 Game Kit pages, six Hint Deck pages, and five Sealed Solution pages. Duplex totals keep each component separate so a team packet never shares a sheet with another packet.
